The training programs and exercises contained within this book assume young players have been shown correct technique and are competently supervised at all times. Some of the exercises, drills and programs within this book are not suitable for younger children and while guidelines are given regarding age classifications, no guarantees are given that suggested exercises are safe for all individuals within that classification. Children develop at different rates and coaches and / or parents should prescribe training programs on an individual basis.
